Kleinbard Team Works on Marcellus Shale Deal

Kleinbard Bell & Brecker served as Pennsylvania Local counsel in a Marcellus Shale deal for a mid-steam gathering, metering and compression operator in the northern part of Pennsylvania. The Kleinbard team, led by Ivan S. DeVoren (head of Kleinbard's Environmental Group), included contributions the firm's government relations, litigation and real estate groups.
