Kleinbard Represents Management of Global Tower Partners in Connection with Sale of Company for $1.425 Billion
Kleinbard lawyers Howard Davis, Michael Frattone and John Schapiro recently represented the management of Global Tower Partners (“GTP”) in connection with the sale of the company to a consortium led by Macquarie Infrastructure Partners and Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Group. The transaction placed an enterprise value of $1.425 billion dollars on GTP.
GTP is a leading owner and operator of towers and sites for wireless communications services in the United States. It has a portfolio of approximately 2,500 towers and over 4,600 rooftop sites in urban, suburban and key corridor locations across 48 U.S. states and Puerto Rico.
