Kleinbard Acts as Co-Counsel to SunCom Wireless in Connection with Sale to T-Mobile

Kleinbard lawyers Howard Davis, Tom Speranza and Anna McDonough recently acted as co-M&A counsel to SunCom Wireless Holdings Inc. (“SunCom”) in connection with the sale of SunCom to T-Mobile USA Inc. for $2.4 billion in cash and debt. The deal needs government and regulatory approvals and the approval of SunCom shareholders and is anticipated to close by mid-2008.
