Kleinbard Represents Biosolids Company in Agreement with City of Philadelphia
On June 19th, Philadelphia City Council gave final approval of a new process for the treatment of the City's biosolids. Represented by Kleinbard attorney David Hyman, Synagro Technologies, along with its local partners, will design, finance, build, own and operate the modern $60 million dollar heat-drying facility for twenty years. This cost savings, community friendly, "green" initiative had the full support of Mayor Nutter and his administration. |
