Bar Association Hires David Hyman as Lobbyist

The Philadelphia Bar Association has engaged David Hyman to provide government relations representation in City Hall with Mayor Nutter's administration and City Council. David's representation will focus on, among other issues, eliminating the city's business privilege tax, real estate issues, improving public education, gun control and criminal justice issues.
