Murray is Chairman Emeritus of the firm. He is a former managing partner
and partner in the Business Department. Murray concentrated his practice in the
areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, venture capital and
securities.
Murray received his undergraduate degree in 1967 from Temple University,
with highest honors, where he was President of Beta Gamma Sigma and received
the Beta Alpha Psi Alumni Award and the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants Award. He received his law degree in 1970 from the
University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude, and was elected to the Order of
the Coif, was an editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and
received the Taxation Award. |
