Paul is a partner in the firm's Business Department. He concentrates his practice in estate planning, estate administration, employee benefits, and federal and state income tax matters. He has special expertise in representing trustees of Taft-Hartley Pension, Welfare and Legal Service Plans in all aspects of Plan administration. He also has extensive experience in representing clients in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service pertaining to the valuation of closely-held business interests. Paul was an officer in the United States Air Force where he negotiated special weapons contracts with civilian contractors.
Paul received his law degree in 1959 from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He is also a graduate of Cornell University where he received an undergraduate degree in 1953 and a masters degree in 1954 in business administration, with distinction, with a concentration in finance and accounting. Paul is admitted to the Pennsylvania and Federal Bars. |
