David is Of Counsel to the firm. David has over 25 years of experience in commercial and tort litigation in state and federal courts, and has developed a general civil litigation practice with primary focus on business disputes arising out of mergers and acquisitions, insurance and coverage disputes, fire losses, property losses, aviation losses, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, and class action litigation. David is respected as an astute and experienced mediator and has served as a Judge Pro Tempore in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County since 1996. He has also been engaged as local counsel in complex litigation matters by major national law firms.
Prior to joining the firm, David was a founding partner of the law firm of Tannenbaum and Chanin, LLP.
David received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1980. He received a Bachelor of Science degree cum laude in 1968 from Trinity College. He is admitted to the Bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
