Paul is an Associate in the Litigation Department. Paul has over 20 years of experience in commercial, tort, and intellectual property litigation in state and federal courts. In addition, his practice includes advising and counseling business clients on intellectual property matters, with an emphasis on trademarks and unfair competition. Prior to joining the firm, Paul was an associate with the law firm of Tannenbaum and Chanin, LLP.
Paul received his law degree cum laude in 1984 from the University of Pennsylvania. He received his Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude in 1980 from Villanova University. Paul is admitted to the Bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
