Rosemary is an associate in the Business Department and practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate debt and equity financing, entity formation and restructuring and contract negotiation and documentation, as well as assisting clients with a variety of other transactional and regulatory needs. Prior to joining the firm, Rosemary was an associate in the Business and Finance Department of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in Philadelphia.
Rosemary received her law degree in 2002 from the University of Pennsylvania Law School where she was an associate editor of the Journal of International Economic Law. Her article The Beef Hormone Dispute and Carousel Sanctions: A Roundabout Way of Forcing Compliance with World Trade Organization Decisions won first prize in the 2001 Andrew P. Vance Memorial Writing Competition and was subsequently published in the Brooklyn Journal of International Law. Prior to attending law school Rosemary worked in New York city in both the book publishing and finance industries. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Bristol University in the UK. She is admitted to the Bar of Pennsylvania.
