Bob is a partner in the Litigation Department and a managing partner of the Firm. His federal and state court practice includes complex corporate cases, commercial insurance claims and coverage disputes, financial institution litigation, product quality claims, professional liability claims involving attorneys, accountants, insurance brokers and stock brokers, employment claims, computer software disputes and intellectual property matters. Bob has successfully tried many complex cases to verdict over the past 29 years. His success results from his pragmatic litigation style which emphasizes his understanding of technical and business considerations of his client’s products and services.
Bob’s accomplishments include the successful defense of a $37 Million commercial insurance coverage claim, obtaining a total defense verdict on a $12 million claim against a computer software manufacturer, obtaining a verdict on behalf of an insurance company that had been libeled by a competitor, and successfully defending trademark claims against the manufacturer of the most popular toy in history. Prior to joining the firm, Bob was a partner in the Philadelphia office of Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP.
Bob is a 1979 graduate of the Washington University School of Law and a 1976 graduate of Temple University. Bob is admitted to the Bar of Pennsylvania. |
