Service Contract Forms

Our forms of services contracts and other industry specific forms include the following:

Commercial and Residential Subscriber Agreements. For the sale, lease and installation of electronic security and life safety systems including intrusion detection, fire detection, access control, digital monitoring, video monitoring, CCTV, various forms of on-premises services.

Personal Emergency Response Systems (PERS) Agreement. For the sale, lease and use of PERS equipment.

Wholesale Monitoring. For issues that arise between wholesale monitoring facilities and electronic security or alarm dealers on whose behalf the monitoring facility provides wholesale monitoring services.

Independent Contractor/sub-contractor. This agreement addresses the relationship between a contractor and a subcontractor doing installation or on-premises service work in the industry.

Video (CCTV and Remote Access). This agreement can be purchased as a stand alone agreement or added as a rider to the Commercial and Residential Subscriber Agreement. The agreement addresses specific issues relating to the sale, lease, installation, service and monitoring of closed-circuit (CCTV) and remote access video devices.

Access Control. This agreement can be purchased as a stand alone agreement or added as a rider to the Commercial and Residential Subscriber Agreements. The agreement specifically addresses issues relating to the sale, lease, installation, service and monitoring of access control systems.
