Kleinbard Bell & Brecker LLP represents parties in insurance coverage disputes filed in federal and state courts throughout the East Coast. Our insurance coverage experience includes various forms of insurance, including general liability and first party property policies.

We are currently litigating a number of coverage disputes arising out of several construction-defect claims in excess of one million dollars. Our attorneys have served as counsel on claims for environmental coverage, litigating large, multi-defendant cases and providing coverage advice on hundreds of environmental liability claims throughout the East Coast. We recently won summary judgment for an insurer and affirmance on appeal before the Fourth Circuit in a multi-million dollar coverage dispute.
